Hello!

My name is Wade and I am the founder & president of Activity Realty, Inc. which is a real estate brokerage based in Orange County, CA. I work all throughout Southern California.

I’m also the accountant, web developer, office manager, etc. Activity Realty is currently a one person operation that I intend to expand to offer a wide variety of services. Right now I’m helping people through the process of buying & selling homes in the Southern California area.

How could a normal person possibly buy or sell a home?

The real estate world from the outside appears to be a complex & unrelenting force. In reality buying or selling a home is straightforward, especially now as technology continues to rapidly evolve. My goal is to prove to people that they shouldn’t be scared of the home buying or selling process.

If you have ever bought or sold a car from an online listing then congratulations, you can do the same for a home! It just involves a bit more paperwork and a few more zeros. I’m here to help guide you and make the home buying & selling experience easy & enjoyable. I look forward to working with you and helping to bring your dreams into reality!

A little bit about me as a person.

I have lived in Southern California my entire life. I went to USC and got a degree in Public Policy with a focus in Real Estate Development.

After graduating I went to work for a small home builder and ended up getting into the sales & marketing side when someone was needed to fill in for an open house at one of the communities the company had built. From there I got my real estate agent license and took an active role in the sales & marketing for all communities the company built throughout California.

As for outside of work I try to be an active person. I run so I can burn enough calories to justify the amount of ice cream I eat. I enjoy traveling and have been fortunate to visit some interesting places & have unique experiences. You can catch me dancing badly at bars with friends. Though I tend to be happiest when I can sleep in, play video games, binge some episodes of a show, and then go on a late night In N Out run.
